摘要:
教师队伍是推进我国教育事业发展的主力军,努力培养造就一大批一流教师,不断提高教师队伍整体素质,是当前和今后一段时间我国教育事业发展的紧迫任务。
Abstract:
A high-profile faculty team is a core factor in the sustainable development of education in China. It is an urgent task to continuously improve the overall quality of the teaching staff,?which?not only requires the government agencies, especially the educational departments, to attach great importance to staff construction, but also teachers to internalize the urgent need for professional growth. This study investigated a proportion of high school teachers in Zhejiang Province to explore the current situation, existing problems, and solutions. It is intended to provide some valuable suggestions to improve high school teachers’ on-the-job learning, to stimulate their learning motivation, and to eventually?upgrade their overall quality and professional skills
