摘要:
分析“水课”产生的根源发现,课程设定本身偏离专业培养目标、课程实施过程缺乏有效监督管理加之教师自身惰性、对课程教学不重视使教师不愿投入过多精力于教学、师生本身对课程学习轻视等是水课产生的重要致因。在此基础上提出六条杜绝“水课”再生的建议:从“水课”源头抓起,从课程培养方案中剔除根源性“水课”;加强课程教学过程的监督管理,防止有质量的课程堕落成“水课”;切实改革高校教师评价机制,把人才培养放在第一位;加强师德修养,提高教师的教育责任意识;克服教师教学惰性,提高教师教学效能感;创建良好高校教学文化,优化教学环境。
Abstract:
The aim of this study is analyzing the root causes for “nonsensical classes” like deviations from the professional training objective, lax supervision and management of curriculum implementation, teachers’ inertia and inactivity, and teachers and students’ ignorance. To contain the emergence of nonsensical classes, it recommends the steps to be taken, such as removing the “nonsensical class” from the curriculum training program, strengthening the supervision and management of the teaching process to prevent quality courses from being degraded into “nonsensical classes”, reforming teachers’ evaluation mechanism for talent-oriented instructions, strengthening teachers’ ethical cultivation and improving teachers’ awareness of educational responsibility, improving teachers’ morale and efficacy, and creating favorable college teaching culture and optical environment
