摘要:
海洋药学专业实验教学是高等海洋药学专业人才培养的重要环节。药学实验室毒性化学品种类较多,使用的管理人员、教师、学生接触机会较多且管理分散,使实验教学中发生事故的风险很高。笔者认为实验教学人员的管理机制缺陷、现有的实验教学模式学生主动参与度不够、危险化学品使用存储和废液处理的规范性较差等问题是安全隐患,提出完善健全实验室教学安全管理规范,提升和加强实验人员的素质和监管力度,寓学生安全教育于实验教学过程之中,探索实验室的网络信息化建设等应对策略。
Abstract:
Experimental teaching, a key link in marine pharmacy talents training, presents potential risks with varied toxic chemicals frequently applied by faculty members and students. The authors believe that defective management of experimental staff, students’ inactive participation, poor standardization of hazardous chemicals use and storage, and casual treatment of waste fluids would lead to safety accidents. The authors thus explore some proposals to improve the safety management in laboratory teaching, strengthen the quality and supervision of experimental faculty, enhance students’ safety education in the experimental teaching process, and facilitate the network information construction of laboratories
