摘要:
随着知识生产模式完成由模式I向模式II的转型,校企合作已经成为知识生产的重要形式,知识生产模式II的特征也成为校企合作模式变革的驱动力。美国校企合作成功开展的原因之一就在于其建立了一系列与知识生产模式II相适应的校企合作机制:内、外部驱动机制构成的动力机制;引导机制、信息沟通机制、约束机制以及监督和评估机制构成的协调机制;多元化的经费筹措、全方位的立法规范、与时俱进的管理和服务构成的保障机制。这三大机制共同协作,和知识生产模式II的特征有序衔接,形成了促进校企合作不断优化升级的合力。
Abstract:
With the knowledge production to be completed from mode 1 to mode 2, school-enterprise cooperation has become an important form of knowledge production. The characteristic mode 2 has also become the driving force for the transformation of school-enterprise cooperation mode. The successful development of school-enterprise cooperation in the United States lies in the fact that it has established a series of school-enterprise cooperative mechanisms that are compatible with the knowledge production mode II, including the dynamism of internal and external driving mechanisms; guiding mechanism, information communication mechanism, binding mechanism and supervision, coordination mechanism and assessment mechanism; and diversified funding, comprehensive legislative norms, times management and service guarantee mechanisms. These mechanisms work together in an orderly manner characteristics of the knowledge production mode II, forming a synergy that promotes the continuous optimization and upgrading of university-enterprise cooperation
