摘要:
通过对斯坦福大学财务运营情况的考察,发现其教育经费的投入与支出具有特性,在精神气质、组织特征和制度保障等方面显著不同。丰厚的经费收入离不开社会支持,除了为学生大力提供创业教育之外,还为创新人才培养提供了肥沃的社会土壤,从而使斯坦福大学跻身世界一流大学之列。总之,斯坦福大学在财务运营和创新创业之间建立了健康良性的长效机制,呈现出多渠道的经费来源、专业的投资管理机构和制度的有效执行等特点。
Abstract:
This paper studied the case of Stanford University well-reputed as the cradle of innovation and entrepreneurship to explore the formative environment and essential elements of the entrepreneurial universities. It investigated the financial operations in Stanford University, demonstrating significant differences in morale, organizational properties and systematic guarantees, etc., with no disparities in investment and expenditure of education. It found that Stanford University was strongly supported with generous social funds to advance its entrepreneurial education and cultivation of innovative talents, being one of the world’s leading universities. In conclusion, Stanford University establishes a healthy and long-term mechanism in financial operation, innovation and entrepreneurship, presenting the characteristics of multiple funding sources, professional investment management institutes, and effective institutional implementation, etc
