摘要:
针对当前高校普遍重视通识教育的现状,借鉴机械加工工艺概念,提出了“单件小批”的工科专业本科生人才培养模式。通过与企业合作,开展本科生“生产实习-专业课程学习-工程实践项目训练-毕业实习与毕业设计”的教学过程,探索一种新型的实践-理论-实践校企分时段合作的单件小批人才培养模式,使得学生获得与实习企业实际产品研发与制造乃至销售紧密相关的专业知识,实现这些单件小批学生的专业知识与专业技能的个案化、工程化培养,从而提高学生的专业素质和就业初期的竞争力
Abstract:
For the current undergraduate programs that are general-education favored, this paper proposes a One-of-a-Kind Education (OKE) model specifically for engineering students by employing the concept of production lot size used in manufacturing engineering. With OKE model, students in individual or in small batches are educated through a university-industry collaborative effort, whereby the students learn through stages such as “Industrial Attachment”, “In-house Courses”, “Engineering Practical Training”, “Industrial Attachment for Graduation Thesis” and “Graduation Thesis Project”. By exploring the implementation method of this model, a multi-stage “practice-theory-practice” strategy is developed, which enables the students to gain practical knowledge relevant to the research and development, the manufacturing process, as well as the marketing of the actual product of industry. Through application of this OKE model and its implementation strategy, it is possible for the students to obtain one-of-a-kind and engineering-oriented knowledge and skills, hence to enhance their professional capabilities and initial career competitiveness
