摘要:
大学生职业成熟度低是导致其就业困难的原因之一。而情绪智力作为影响大学生就业的重要因素,已经逐渐受到研究者的重视。但是,目前对于大学生情绪智力与职业成熟度之间关系的探讨还不够深入。研究以修订后的情绪智力量表(EIS)中文版、大学生职业成熟度问卷为研究工具,对重庆3所高校的382名应届毕业生,在毕业月份进行统一施测。结果发现:(1)情绪智力与职业成熟度呈显著正相关;(2)情绪感知、管理他人情绪、情绪应用这三个子维度可以预测职业成熟度;(3)情绪智力可以预测职业成熟度9个三级指标中的7个指标。其中,对主动性、现实性和人际交往策略知识维度的预测效果最好。
Abstract:
the low career maturity of college students is one of the reasons for the difficulty in employment. Emotional intelligence, as an important factor affecting the employment of college students, has been paid more and more attention by researchers. But, at present, the relationship between emotional intelligence and career maturity of college students is not deep enough. The revised Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) Chinese version, college students career maturity questionnaire as a research tool, the 3 universities in Chongqing, 382 fresh graduates in the graduation month to carry out unified survey. The results showed: (1) emotional intelligence and occupation maturity was positively correlated; (2) emotional perception, emotional management emotions of others, the application of these three dimensions can predict the occupation maturity; (3) emotional intelligence can predict the 7 indexes of occupation maturity level three indexes in 9. Among them, it is best to predict the knowledge dimension of initiative, reality and interpersonal communication strategy
