摘要:
为验证“以问题为中心的教学模式”优于现有传统《病理学》实验课教学效果,采用PBL教学模式,以2013级临床医学专业本科生146名为对象,开展病理学实验课教改行动研究。结果表明,病理学实验课PBL的改革提高了学生的综合素质,适于临床医学生教学;但PBL不能完全取代传统教学模式,而应与其形成教学互补;PBL教学依赖教学资源的准备,只有前期准备充足才宜于开展PBL模式的教学改革;基础性较强,结合临床很少的课程不宜开展PBL教学改革;应尊重学生对PBL教学改革的选择权;教师的选拔和培训是教改成功的关键。
Abstract:
This research investigated 146 undergraduate students from grade 2013 of clinical medicine to explore the PBL reform of the teaching mode of the experimental course of pathology. The results showed that the PBL instruction could be a complement to traditional teaching of pathological experiment to improve students’ comprehensive quality in clinical medical education. It was suggested that PBL teaching required well-prepared teaching resources, with learners and teachers’ choice to be respected
