摘要:
良好的行为习惯能有效促进体育师范生的专业成长。主要采用问卷调查法,以浙江诸高校117名体育师范生为样本,对其基本形象重视度、道德行为动机、道德行为、课外学习行为、课内学习行为重视度等职业行为习惯进行了探索。发现体育师范生职业行为存在日常行为失范、道德行为意识缺失、课内外学习脱节、实际操练不够、重武轻文等问题。提出树立职业意识加强自身修炼、改革课堂教学强化教学能力、提供实践平台快速进入角色、机制化督导日常行为培养良好职业行为规范和营造校园文化达成“体智均衡,多能一专”培养目标等体育师范生行为习惯的养成路径。
Abstract:
Favorable behavioral practice can promote quasi-P.E. teachers’ professional growth. This paper conducted a questionnaire survey among 117 quasi-teachers to explore the professional behavior and habits in terms of image, ethical motive, ethical behavior, autonomous learning behavior, and classroom learning practice. It found that there existed many problems in the professional behavior and habits, such as nonstandard daily performance, ignorance of moral conduct, curricular and extra-curricular disconnection, lack of practice, imbalanced physical and cultural quality courses, etc. Given this, it considered the development path of professional behavior and habits in the areas of professional awareness, teaching skills training, practical platforms, regular supervision, standardized behavior, and campus culture
