摘要:
当前国内高校应用实践类课程培养的人才达不到市场和企业的实际要求。主要是源于该类课程在性质定位和教学目标上与现有的课堂教学模式存在冲突。笔者对《营销策划》课程进行深入分析的基础上,提出了从课程定位、教学内容、教学方式、教学主体、考核方式方面进行改革。提出对策为:依托多方资源、协同企业建立战略合作关系、完善教学设计、改善指导方式、优化评价体系、拓展实践广度。
Abstract:
Applied practice courses play an important role in training qualified graduates, but currently, domestic colleges and universities fail to send graduates to enterprises in line with their actual requirements for the sake of the mismatches of applied courses orientation, objectives and teaching models. This study looked into the course of marketing strategy in the perspective of action-oriented teaching method and action-based learning to explore the reform of the teaching mode in terms of course orientation, teaching content, method, subject and assessment approach. It further provides specific countermeasures to strategically collaborate with enterprises to update the teaching design and tutoring modes, streamline the evaluating mechanism and extend the width of practice.
