Counselors and teachers are kept in close contact with students in the management and teaching in which the counselors and teachers play differentiated roles. They are vital factors in constructing harmonious learning atmosphere and environment. This study of differentiation of the two main factors and integrated methods can achieve the dual drive of developing a favorable learning environment
