摘要:
学校文化视角对养成高职学生社会责任感提供了新的路径和方法。高职学生社会责任感具有自我意识强、重家庭观念、比较理性、矛盾冲突激烈等特点。高职学校文化内容具有多维性、可控性和针对性等特征,其基本结构是价值观、规范和言行等要素层面构成的同心圆形式。在高职学生社会责任感的培育方法上,除注重责任知识的传授,更重在责任情感的陶冶和体验;学校文化建设上,注重整体设计,规范运作,努力做到重心下移,放大亮点。
Abstract:
It is a fresh approach toward cultivating vocational college students’ sense of social responsibility from the perspective of culture in line with their characteristics of strong self-awareness, family sense, rational and intense inner conflict, etc. The campus culture of multidimensional, selectivity, controllability and practicality presents a form of concentric circles composed of beliefs, values, norms and behavior. It contributes much to students’ experiencing and cultivating sense of social responsibility through college authorities’ overall design, standardized operation, decentralized management and maximized highlight.
