Abstract:
There has been an increasing number of literature researches on the acculturation of Chinese immigrant groups in the last decad. The existent researches involve parent-child relationship and parenting styles, identity and satisfaction, physical and mental health, view of values and acculturation, as well as the interactions of mental mechanism. The author, therefore, concludes that further researches are needed in the areas of Chinese cultural history and views of values to profoundly indicate the Chinese immigrants’ acculturated characteristics
