Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to examine a feasible approach toward a college journal’s orientation to serve its readers and academics. The writer believes that the adoption of digital publishing strategy is an effective way for higher education journals to upgrade the quality of editing and publication through cultivating publishers’ digital editing vision and innovating the user experience in the aspects of framing style of user-friendly interfaces, additional functions, online communities, data analysis, etc
