摘要:
随着社会发展对人才需求的提高,情商逐渐成为大学生成才的必备要素。从“大学之道”的视角讨论了“大学之道”与情商的联系,并在此基础之上提出了对大学生情商的培养应从自我、他人、社会三个层面着手,按照提高认识、培养情商、完善人格、监督落实的步骤进行,形成一个完整的教育流程。
Abstract:
This article focuses on the effects of EQ on the cultivation of qualified college students of letters from the perspective of higher learning. It suggests that students’ EQ be approached in a tiered educational process of ego, others and society to raise pertinent cognition, perfect personality and strict implementation.
