摘要:
推进小班化教育改革是世界各国教育改革的一大趋势,我国各区域小班化教育探索虽力度各有差异,但大都依然没有停止,在国家政策层面上已经从理念上肯定了推进小班化教育的方向。本项目研究从宏观到微观、从理论到实践以及从国际到国内,对小班化教育的理论研究、实践探索和技术操作等各个方面做了系统的分析和探索,并指出,在中国当前经济、教育发展形式下,从农村弱势学校自然形成的小班开始实施小班化教育,并做有序推进,不失为一种有效促进教育优质公平发展的手段。
Abstract:
Small-class education, a worldwide trend, has been promoted across China to a varied extent, which has conceptually been recognized in the state policy-decision. This study systematically discusses existing domestic and overseas theoretical research, practical exploration, technical operation, macroscopically and microscopically. It, consequently, suggests that the promotion can be initiated from the rural disadvantaged small-classes and gradually extended as an effective policy of educational equity in the current circumstance of China’s economy and education
