摘要:
农民是发展现代农业、建设新农村的主体,农村职业教育在培养“有文化、懂技术、会经营”农民的过程中有重要的作用。通过对宁波市周边农村部分从事农业生产农民的调查,对宁波新型农民职业教育培训的现状和问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了新型农民培育的对策。
Abstract:
Rural vocational education plays a vital role in training well-educated, techno-savvy and business-skilled farmers as the pillar of modern agricultural and rural construction. This article, based on its case study of farmers working around Ningbo’s countryside, reveals the current situation and issues of today’s farmers’ vocational education, thus proposing specific countermeasures to train contemporary farmers
