摘要:
越来越多的企业和毕业生质量追踪评价指出,高职学生的职业素养是影响学生职业生涯长远发展的决定性因素,而当前高校却缺乏对职业素养应有的重视,缺少合理的培养方式。文章提出开展职业活动是培育职业素养的有效渠道,并具体设计了职业活动的生成方法及实施途径。
Abstract:
It is revealed by enterprises and graduates’ quality tracing evaluation index that higher vocational students’ occupational quality is the major factor that is often ignored in students’ long-term career development and training. This paper proposes that job-related activities are effective steps, along with specific generative methods and accesses, to cultivate students’ occupational quality.
